This motherboard apparently does not use a standard IDE controller but instead uses a bridge device to the SATA controller. This setup is incompatable with eCS and prevents eCS from installing.

To installing eCS 1.2 from CD, you must make a boot_upd-diskette, with: boot_upd.txt (with any contents) os2dump os2krnl os2ldr (from w420050811d.zip) daniatap.flt danis506.add (from dani185.zip)
