Do you have problems with flashing / squeezed desktop? Please test this version of driver.
The custom resolution specified as +HHHHVVVV is restricted to 60Hz.
Actually the bios might still report several refresh rates (60/75/85Hz).
But the timings actually used are always 60Hz.
